STEPS TO FILL THE ADMISSION FORM |
| Step - 1 |
Departmental Website www.gurmatgyanonlinepup.com contains the complete information regarding various courses. The candidate should read all the instructions carefully before filling and submitting the admission form. The dates to fill the admission form is from 02.07.2019 to 26.07.2019 (Till 5.00 pm). |
| Step - 2 |
If needed, the candidate can open and edit the form from 27.07.2019 to 28.07.2019 (Till 5.00 pm). No changes in the form will be possible after the final submission. |
| Step - 3 |
The counseling dates for B.A. (With Gurmat Sangeet) is 05.08.2019 and for M.A. Gurmat Sangeet - Gayan Part - I / M.A. - Tabla Part - I is 07.08.2019. The counseling of students will begin at 10.00 am in Gurmat Sangeet Bhawan, Punjabi University Patiala. It is mandatory for students to bring their original certificates and 4 passport size photographs at the time of counseling. Only the new admission students for B.A. and M.A. classes are required to come for counseling. |
| Step - 4 |
If the student is selected for admission, he/she will have to deposit his/her fee. The Fee Challan Form for submission of fees will be provided by the office. The student shall have to deposit a copy of Challan Form in the office after fee submission. The student shall also upload scanned copy of Fee Submission in his/her account. |

* The student shall be responsible for any wrong or incomplete information.
* The student shall select his/her Username and Password carefully while filling the admission form as the editing in the form, uploading of fee challan and access to the lessons etc. can all be done through his/her own Username and Password only. |
